International Feldenkrais Week '26 - Special Event

To celebrate the birthday of Moshe Feldenkrais, International Feldenkrais Week takes place each year from 6-11 May. This year local practitioners, Jackie Adkins and Ed Bartram host a free celebratory event in Frome, featuring one-to-one tasters and group classes, on the theme of Unpacking Posture. The timetable is as follows:

9.30am-12.00: One-to-one tasters, bookable in half hour slots

1-5pm: Three group classes at 2pm, 3pm, 4pm

* For group classes: please bring a mat or blanket to lie on and a small towel or flat cushion to use under your head as necessary. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in.
