Contact Impro Continuum - Celebrating CI - a day workshop & evening jam

For All beyond absolute beginner.               

Summer's long gone, the daylight hours are getting shorter...

Let's gather together to warm hearts, delight our senses & nourish ourselves through day's explorations in co-created in CI
with live improvised music!

* Workshop day * 10.30am to 5pm

 * Shared pot-luck dinner * @ 6pm 
 
* Cosy hang-out * after dinner 

* Evening Jam * 7.30pm to 9.30pm

Within each themed exploration, technical considerations and guidance will support awareness, ease & safety. 

Your experience, curiosity and wisdom will also contribute to the day!

We'll expand some edges of what may be included:
* relational, identity & imaginal realms contributing to our co-created Contact Improvisation dances
* safe feistier dances (ways of giving stronger physical suggestions, or dynamic dances, without compromising - in fact depending on deep tuning-in). 
* nuanced minimalism, with consideration of what we are sensing and where.

We'll enjoy the pleasures of being together, embodied. 

Following the workshop day, you are invited to a shared pot-luck dinner, a hang-out 

and... 

a 2-hour evening jam!
