​🌸 Building Community – Get to know fellow facilitators, share experiences, and strengthen connections.

​🌺 Diving into Meaningful Topics – You can explore in a breakout room a topic of your choice among those

1. Balancing the Personal and the Collective in Facilitation

  • How do we design and hold space where individual processing is honored without losing the thread of the collective journey?

  • What methods help bridge “my story” and “our story” in a group?

  • When personal emotions or needs become very present in a session, how do we discern whether to lean in or bring the group back?

2. Engaging with Our Own Judgement and Opinion as Facilitators

  • To what extent should facilitators bring their own perspectives into the space — and when might it get in the way?

  • How do we recognize and work with our own judgments (about participants, processes, or outcomes) in real time?

  • What practices help us notice our biases while still staying authentic and grounded, rather than “neutralizing” ourselves?

​🌼 Share our facilitation challenges and receive peer reflection + support: Through the method Troika consulting, a few facilitatrs will be able to receive active support from peers.
