1.5-day hybrid masterclass

Shared Mobility Pathways is an in-depth, practice-focused masterclass for policymakers, transit agencies, and mobility operators who are ready to move beyond pilots and lead the next phase of integrated, equitable shared mobility.

This program explores how shared mobility fits into the wider urban mobility ecosystem — connecting policy, planning, behaviour, infrastructure, procurement, and real-world delivery. Participants leave with practical tools, tested frameworks, and a clear path to implementation.

  • 8 hours of in-person learning (April 8–9)

  • 4-hour guided study tour showcasing real-world shared mobility integration

  • 4 hours of virtual sessions focused on application and transfer

In-Person Learning Format (Montréal)

Each in-person module follows a consistent, hands-on structure:
Framing & lecture → Studio work → Guest insight → Applied wrap-up

Module 1 — Integration, Co-location & Feasibility (4h)

Focus: ecosystem roles, physical integration, feasibility, financial logic, ROI & KPIs

  • System mapping across modes and institutions

  • “What must be true” feasibility and financial modelling

  • Guest insight: digital ticketing and its role in enabling integration
    Outcome: Integration Blueprint + feasibility and ROI assumptions

Module 2 — Behaviour Change & User Journeys (4h)

Focus: adoption, mode shift, and retention

  • User journey mapping across shared mobility and transit

  • Behavioural diagnosis (COM-B) and friction points

  • Experiment design and KPI selection

  • Guest insight: learnings from MaaS pilots and mode-shift results

Module 3 — Mobility Hubs: Design, Launch & Tour (4h)

  • Montréal’s mobility hub vision, governance, and delivery model

  • Design, launch, and operational constraints

  • Guided tour of Montréal hub locations with year-one reflections

Module 4 — Smart Tendering & Implementation (2h)

Focus: procurement, governance, public space, and performance outcomes
Outcome: Tendering decision matrix + implementation roadmap

Module 5 — Transfer to Your Context Clinic (2h)

Focus: translating learning into action
Outcome: 60–90 day action plan + decision-maker summary
