WHAT IS REIKI (ray-key)?

Reiki is an ancient healing art from Japan that taps into Universal life force energy and awakens the innate healing capacity. It was brought to the West in 1932 by Mrs. Hawayo Takata.

Reiki is a healing technique used to reduce stress, promote relaxation, stimulate the flow of energy and enhance the body’s natural ability to heal itself. It is safe, gentle and non-invasive. Reiki supports healing, coping with illness, and overall health and wellbeing. Practicing Reiki or receiving Reiki treatments can also aid in the prevention of illness.

It compliments standard medical treatments by stimulating the body’s own natural healing process. Reiki carries no side effects and does not interact with medications. It can provide support with any diagnosis, curable or terminal.

Reiki is an effective complementary therapy and is practiced in more than 800 hospitals nationwide.

The workshop will take place on November 8 & 9 at the following times:

11 am - 3 pm, Pacific
12 pm - 4 pm, Mountain
1 pm - 5 pm, Central
2 pm - 6 pm, Eastern
