Welcome back The Knockabouts for a unique live music experience inside the Shiras Planetarium!
The Knockabouts bring their rich blend of folk, Americana, and storytelling to the dome for an intimate, one-night-only performance. Known for their heartfelt lyrics, strong harmonies, and deep connection to place, their music pairs beautifully with the immersive environment of the planetarium.
As the band performs, the dome will come alive with a curated visual journey featuring the beauty of our universe. This is not just a concert—it is a fully immersive experience where sound and imagery come together.
This special event is limited to just 40 guests, creating a relaxed and personal atmosphere where every seat feels close to the music.

Event Details
- Tickets: $15 per person
- Capacity: Limited to 45 guests
- Performance Length: 60 minutes
This performance is intended for a mature audience able to remain seated for the full duration.
Cell phone use is not permitted during the performance. Photo opportunities will be offered after the show.
Important Policies
- Doors open 15 minutes before showtime
- Please arrive at least 10 minutes early
- No late entry once the show begins
- No re-entry if you leave during the performance
- Unclaimed tickets after showtime are forfeited and considered a donation
- No refunds
On-site ticket sales will only be available if seats remain.

This is the smaller canopy entrance to the left of the Shiras Planetarium sign as you face the building from the parking lot.
This event is a fundraiser for the Shiras Planetarium, supporting ongoing operations and programming.
