Christmas Dinner 2025

Join us for one of our annual Christmas Dinners at the Duck.  This year we will be back at the Pub where I think we are all agreed is the best place for Christmas!  We will have two events, one on Tuesday, December 9th and the other on Wednesday, December 10th.  This year the mulled wine is optional - if you would like mulled wine please select the appropriate ticket.  The order of events will be as follows...

Event starts at 6:00pm 
6:00pm Reception with mulled wine.
6:30pm Outdoor Carol singing around a fire (whatever the weather)
7:00pm Dinner served and Christmas cracker pulling
8:00pm Coffee or Tea with Plumb Pudding
8:15pm Fun and games or more singing
9:00pm Wind down.

The menu will be as follows....

Notes 1:  Mulled wine is extra - please purchase the appropriate ticket for an additional $5.  There will be free refills available while supplies last.
Notes 2:  Fountain drinks, house tea and coffee are included.
Notes 3:  A $7 ($8 if having mulled wine, $4 for kids) gratuity is also included although the servers will always appreciate a little extra!
Notes 4:  Additional drinks available for purchase.

TRADITIONAL
Salad appetizer.
Bread pudding.
Roast turkey with cranberry sauce and gravy.  Roast potatoes, creamed rutabaga, red cabbage, brussels sprouts, bacon-wrapped sausage link, glazed carrots, stuffing.
Christmas pudding with brandy butter*. Alternatives available upon request.

VEGETARIAN
Vegetarian pasty with side or curry.

*Brandy butter contains alcohol.

*** NEW THIS YEAR *** Bring your own skit for our mini open-mic event after the food is done!  It can be anything, within reason!!!
