If you're feeling a bit lost, lonely, or low, you're not alone – and you don’t have to walk through it alone either.

Join our Connect3 FREE Wellbeing Walks, gentle and welcoming group walks designed to help you reconnect – with yourself, with others, and with nature. These sessions are especially for anyone struggling with their mental wellbeing, feeling isolated, or simply looking for a space to breathe in nature.

Thanks to generous funding from the National Lottery, these walks are completely free to attend.

🌱 What to Expect:

• A friendly welcome and space to go at your own pace

• Guided grounding meditation to help you settle into the moment

• A slow, mindful walk through beautiful green spaces

• Gentle nature-based reflections and conversation

• Refreshments and chance to connect with others at the end

📍 Locations & Dates:
We meet on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Monday of every month, rotating across three beautiful North Somerset locations:

• 1st Monday – Weston Woods, Weston-Super-Mare

• 2nd Monday – Portbury Wharf Nature Reserve, Portishead

• 3rd Monday – Award Land, Winscombe and Sandford

From April onwards the walks start at 4:30pm and last around 90 minutes, with time for refreshments and reflection afterwards.

🧡 Who It’s For:
You don’t need any experience or to be “outdoorsy.” Just come as you are. These sessions are made for anyone who’s looking for calm, company, or a little lift.
