There is so much we can do to help restore or reduce muscle and bone loss- and it starts with what's on our plate and how we move our body! In this course we will try some bone and muscle building foods, and learn some simple exercises that can be used at home!
Session offered by Shannon Woodcock. For ages 18 and up.
