Supported by the nurturing heat of a sauna, the magical live music of my talented friend Babek, and the somatic wisdom of my college Fred, we'll dive into a profound journey to reconnect with our bodies and explore various somatic techniques designed to enhance our bodily and sexual awareness. You'll have the opportunity to engage in somatic exercises, including mindful breathing, pelvic floor muscle activation, and meditation techniques, all aimed at deepening your connection to your body and energy.

Moreover, we'll strengthen one another through heartfelt sharing of experiences, insights, and intentions, empowering each other to unlock our fullest erotic potential as men.

Here's a rough schedule of this event:

• Check-in and welcoming circle (30 minutes)

• Several rounds of heat soaking, guided sexual somatic techniques, and sharing experiences (5 hours)

• Closing circle (30 minutes)
