Pitch - Project Pre-Loved at The Manor House, Tunbridge Wells

We are very excited to announce Project Pre-loved is BACK and we would love you to join us.

If you would like to book a pitch, please find some info below:

- We will provide a 6ft rail for your pitch, you will just need to bring your own hangers and clothes/items that you would like to sell on the night.  We would suggest bringing everything in a wheely suitcase - that can then be stored behind your rail. If you're planning to bring a mirror too please let us know.

- If you require a table (instead of a rail) please let us know and we will confirm this with the venue.

- If you have lots of items to sell and would like two 6ft rails (or two tables) at the event then you will need to pay for two pitches.

- You will be able to set up between 5pm - 7.30pm and your rail positions within the venue will be allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis.  The doors will open for guests at 7.30pm.

- The full address for the venue is The Manor House, 3 - 5 Church Road, Tunbridge Wells, Kent. TN1 1HT.  There isn't any parking onsite however there are two multi-story carparks within walking distance - Crescent Road car park (TN1 2LU) and Meadow Road car park (TN1 2EN) and a small carpark almost opposite the venue at Trinity Theatre (TN1 1JP)

- We will ask the guests to bring cash and you will need to provide your own float, however the venue does have 4G and WIFI if you would like to do payments via mobile or paypal.

- You will need to have a slush fund of change ready so customers giving you notes won't cause any cash-flow issues.

- Remember to label everything with prices, brand and size so people can see straight away. Reasonable prices will be snapped up more quickly so think about the lowest price you’d accept for special pieces and stick to them. You don’t need to be bartered down if you don’t want to – but it IS good fun!

- Make sure everything is clean!

- There will be a small changing area available - please note that if you're happy for guests to try on items of clothing this is done so at your own risk, Mum's the Word and the Manor House accept no responsibility for loss or damage to items.

- Shopping will finish at 10.00pm and you can start packing your items away, although the bar will remain open if you would like to stay.  We will also have a donation area for local charity RefugEase if you would like to donate any of your unsold items at the end of the night.

- Pitches are non-refundable, however if you no longer require your pitch please do let us know and we can approach our waiting list to see if anyone would like to take over your pitch.
