We look forward to welcoming you to our next Mum Talks Meet-Up in the beautiful surrounding of The Townhouse in Arnotts, a comfortable and relaxed event where babes on knees /buggies are always welcome. Or come without baba for some you time, solo or with friends, you will receive a very warm welcome and some yummy treats with loads of hot coffee! You will also get to listen to some amazing speakers and we guarantee when you leave you will feel uplifted and rejuvenated!

Introducing our speakers for Mum Talks Meet Up in March: Psychologist Allison Keating, founder of Bump, Baby & Me Kathy Milliken, and artist Audrey Hamilton

Allison Keating is a chartered psychologist aka @thepractical.psychologist on instagram. Author of ‘The Secret Lives of Adults’. She has a Weekly relationship column in the Irish Independent ‘Ask Allison’ and a monthly relationship radio slot with Ray D’Arcy. Allison is a regular mental health media contributor with regard to relationships, anxiety, panic attacks and general mental health.
Her goal is to provide practical and compassionate tools and techniques that you can use to create your own unique Psychological toolkit which provides a type of life manual on how to manage tricky everyday experiences in all the roles you play in life from work to home.

Audrey Hamilton Irish artist and designer, owner of Audrey Hamilton Art, founder and creative director of Audrey Hamilton Apparel. If you believe you can, then do!

Kathy Milliken is mum to three children, Ayla, Robyn and Jake and lives in Malahide, Co.Dublin with her husband Steve.
Well before planning her own family Kathy knew she wanted to work in an area where she could support women during their pregnancy and throughout their motherhood journey.
Since 2012 Kathy has studied in many different areas from Pregnancy Yoga, to Doula support, Infant Massage to Breastfeeding support, and throughout that time Bump, Baby and Me was born.
Over the past numbers of years Bump Baby and Me has steadily grown and now offers a variety of different classes and sessions both in-person and online.
Kathy regularly enjoys collaborating with other industry professionals to support, educate and empower women and their families throughout Ireland and further afield.
Maintaining a balance with work, family and self-care can be a juggle (& struggle) at times but self-awareness and woman-centered wellness is at the forefront of what Kathy promotes through her business and her honest social media accounts.
