About the Hub:
Living with a neuromuscular condition can affect more than physical health. Changes in energy, routine, identity, and day-to-day life can sometimes bring feelings of stress, anxiety, uncertainty, frustration, or isolation.
In this month’s Wellbeing Hub, Helen Rutherford from Emotional Respite will explore living well with a neuromuscular condition and share practical approaches to managing stress, change, and building resilience.
Helen has pre-recorded this presentation for us to share during the session. Afterwards, Helen or a member of her team will join live on Zoom for questions and discussion.
If you would prefer to send a question in advance, please email us at getintouch@mdsupportcentre.org and we can ask on your behalf.
Our Wellbeing Hubs are free to attend, but donations are always welcome to support our services and therapies.
