About the Hub:
In this month’s Wellbeing Hub, we welcome Jasmin Patel from Wolves Foundation.
Jasmin will be talking to us about managing stress and using the stress container as a tool to understand what adds to our stress, what helps us cope, and how we can recognise when things are starting to feel too much.
A stress container is a simple mental health tool that helps people visualise their capacity for pressure. It looks at what fills the container, such as worries, responsibilities, changes, or everyday challenges, and what can help open the taps, such as coping strategies, support, activity, or rest.
Jasmin welcomes any questions about stress, coping strategies, and ways to support your wellbeing. If you do not feel comfortable raising a question during the session, please email us ahead of time at getintouch@mdsupportcentre.org
Our Wellbeing Hubs are free to attend, but please consider donating to help fund our vital services and therapies.
