The MSKPN Leadership Cohort 2026 is an intensive leadership development programme designed specifically for clinic owners, clinical managers and practice managers working within private MSK healthcare who want to take their leadership and their teams leadership to the next level.

Run by MSKPN for it's 6th successive year, this course is Led by renowned leadership coach and former Head of England Rugby Performance Pathway, John Fletcher, this highly interactive cohort will challenge your thinking, strengthen your leadership capability and provide practical tools that can be immediately applied within your clinic, team and business.

Across four immersive Saturdays, participants will explore:

• Leading yourself with greater confidence, self-awareness and resilience
• Building high-performing teams and positive workplace cultures
• Communicating with clarity, influence and impact
• Managing difficult conversations and challenging situations
• Creating accountability and improving team performance

This is not a lecture-based course, it is 4 full day interactive days of leadership workshops.

Full course fees are due at the time of booking and must be paid through this website. All fees are non-refundable; delegates who cancel or do not attend will not receive a refund. Each ticket is valid for one delegate only and covers the full course from start to finish. A ticket may be transferred in its entirety to another team member within the purchasing business, but cannot be split between two or more delegates- the same person must attend all sessions. MSKPN member businesses are welcome to purchase multiple places for their team- many clinics send three or more delegates each year.
