Making the Most of the Open Grants Process

The next round of MD North Open Grants launches in January 2025. It’s a very competitive process and this session is designed to help you get the best out of your application. We will take you through the application process, assessment criteria and how decisions are made. We will also explore how you can effectively demonstrate meeting the investment principles, in particular Environmental Responsibility and Inclusivity and Relevance. Though focused on the MD North grant programme, learning should be transferable when applying to other funding bodies.

The session will have some work in break-out rooms.  It will last 1½ hours with a break and an optional extension of ½ hour for those who want to ask any specific questions.
