Description
Don’t just make a standard gingerbread house this year! Join one of our festive family workshops running every day during the exhibition and take home your very own futuristic house with solar panels and green roof! This year's workshop has been designed around the exhibition theme of Designing for Different Climates.
All our gingerbread house making kits are delicious and freshly hand-made by our award winning baker, and we order them according to your booking. These kits are perishable and we cannot keep them for future use, therefore the workshop tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable.
Workshops run daily. Advance booking is essential.
Workshop sessions are scheduled for 1-1/2 hours but the house can be completed in 45 to 60 minute's time.

Family workshop ticket (for 1 adult and 1 child only) : £50.00 + booking fees online, and £52 purchased at the door.
*The workshop ticket covers the cost of all materials for making 1 gingerbread house for 1 child and their accompanying adult.
To add one extra child or one adult to share the same kit, please add the Extra Child or Adult ticket for £10, which will come with extra decorating goodies. Each Family workshop ticket can include only one Extra Child or Adult ticket to make a maximum group of 3.

Gingerbread Ingredients: Butter, Ginger, Egg, Icing Sugar, Sugar, Golden Syrup, Bicarbonate Soda, Wheat flour. Some of the candy contains: cows milk, wheat, soy and gelatin. We have veggie sweets - please ask us for these if you'd prefer.
About the workshop:
- Tickets will be emailed to you, please be prepared to show it on a device or printed out when you arrive.
- Please arrive promptly for your reserved time.
- Workshop sessions are scheduled for 1-1/2 hours but you may finish in 45 to 60 minutes.
- Please note that we are not able to admit visitors before their reserved time slot. This is to maintain a limited number of visitors inside the exhibition.
Please note: Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
What’s Expected of Attendees:
There are no cloakroom and no storage on site. Please do not bring large backpacks, large bags or suitcases, bicycles, children or adult scooters as we cannot store them inside the space.
No food and drinks allowed. No animals are allowed inside except for guide dogs.
Photographs, videotaping, or recording for commercial use are not allowed.
No potentially dangerous items may be brought into the exhibition.
We reserve the right to deny admission, or to require a person already admitted to leave the exhibition without refund, liability or compensation if the circumstances require us to do so.
If you feel unwell, please stay at home.
