Hull Music Cities Awards 2026 Ceremony

Join us in Hull for the 2026 Music Cities Awards Ceremony, celebrating the most innovative projects from around the world using the transformational power of music to improve their communities.

Since launching in 2020, the Music Cities Awards has become a global platform recognising initiatives that use music to drive economic, social, environmental, and cultural development in cities. From grassroots programmes to city-wide strategies, the Awards highlight the projects proving that music can shape stronger, more resilient communities.

The 2026 Awards Ceremony will take place on 11 June 2026 during the Music Cities Convention in Hull, UK, bringing together policymakers, music industry leaders, cultural organisations, and city representatives from around the world.

This year’s ceremony will recognise winners across eight global categories, alongside a special Local Music Impact Award, celebrating a Hull-based initiative strengthening the city’s music ecosystem.
