Sing and Breathe Wiltshire Introductory Course

Learn how to manage breathlessness better through singing, relaxation and gentle movement.

Meet other people living with breathlessness, a lung condition or Long Covid, and access nursing support and information with Salisbury's Parish Nurse.

No prior experience of singing necessary; everyone is welcome. You don't need to be a great singer or read music to benefit from singing!

Written and video resources available to use between sessions and after the course ends.

Sessions are weekly, Thursdays 26th February - 2nd April 2026, 3-4:30pm

Simultaneous online option via Zoom also available.

Any prices quoted are for the whole 6-week course; you only need to book one ticket for the whole course.

We have a range of financial contribution levels to reflect people's different circumstances. We leave the decision to you to choose what you can contribute, and this does not affect the level of service given. Sounds Better CIC is proud to support the whole community.

(This course is not available via the NHS, but provides excellent value for money - 1.5 hours live session each week, plus written and video resources between sessions. Equivalent to £15 per session if paying full price).
