Introducing “Kemuri no Kai” (Gathering of Smoke mixer), an exclusive SXSW (unofficial) collaboration presented by Music is on the Menu on Monday, March 16, at 7:30 p.m. Partnering with Kemuri Tatsu-ya, a Michelin-starred and James Beard-nominated gem, we fuse Japanese smoke-infused cuisine with Chef Nikki’s Stewards artistry backed by Kemuri Tatsuya's own Executive Chef Rich Reimbolt.
