As part of its Vision 2050, the Muslim Council of Britain is investing in the people and institutions that serve our communities. The Next Level Growth Lab is a national capacity-building programme designed to raise standards, strengthen organisations, and create lasting impact across the UK.

🟥 What is the Growth Lab?

The Next Level Growth Lab is a hands-on, practical roadshow, delivering expert-led workshops to equip mosque leaders, trustees, and community organisations with the tools they need to grow and thrive.

Whether you lead a mosque, run a community organisation, or sit on a trustee board, this programme is designed for you. We believe that when our institutions are strong, our entire community is stronger.

You will leave equipped to:

• Strengthen your organisation’s skills and confidence
• Improve governance and safeguarding practices
• Build long-term sustainability
• Deliver even higher quality services to your community

🟥 Workshop Programme

All attendees will begin with a FREE 1-hour Safeguarding Workshop, designed for all organisations. This can contribute towards your mandatory safeguarding training.

This session includes:

• A practical safeguarding simulation exercise
• Identification of gaps within your organisation
• Clear, actionable steps to improve safeguarding

Following this, you will attend one specialist 2-hour workshop of your choice:

• Media Crisis Management & Media Interviews – Centre for Media Monitoring
• Caring for Converts & Reverts from Cradle to Grave – Convert Muslim Foundation
• Becoming Funder-Ready: How to Secure Funding for Your Organisation – All Ways Network
