Debate Club - Monday 17th August

This August, we are excited to host the second instalment of our MLF Debate Club.

Designed to encourage critical thinking, respectful disagreement, and intellectual confidence, Debate Club will provide a space to engage seriously with some of the most important questions facing our communities today.

📖 In advance of the session, we will provide a summary sheet which you can access by joining our WhatsApp GroupChat.  Our facilitator will guide the conversation to ensure it remains thoughtful, grounded, and relevant.

This month, we shall be discussing the Western liberal framework of free speech - and whether it is a neutral principle or an ideological tool.

This month’s event is kindly supported by the City of Westminster Multi-Faith Network and Victoria Library, who have generously provided the venue for our gathering.
