'The Ghazali Children's Project: Timeless Islamic Teachings for Young Hearts' with Dr. Adeeba Ahmed

Sat 17 Oct 2026 3:15 PM - 4:15 PM London Muslim Centre, E1 1JQ

Imam al-Ghazali’s Ihya Ulum al-Din is one of the most renowned and respected texts in Islamic literature for providing a systematic approach for developing virtuous character. But what about young, developing hearts and minds? The Fons Vitae Ghazali Children’s Series fills this gap with an educational package which includes beautifully produced children’s books and source texts for parents and teachers. It provides authentic quality guidance for children of all ages at a time when their values are being formed.

Join Dr. Adeeba Ahmed as she explores how Al-Ghazali's teachings supports children:

- in their ability to recognize and maintain their innate human dignity.
- in realizing nobility of character through imitation of the Prophetic qualities.
- in becoming aware of their True Selves and in identifying with this pure aspect of their being rather than with the lower, false, egoic nature.
- in becoming self-observant and self-correcting.
- in living life with humility and in service.
