Life moves quickly, and sometimes the most precious gift we can give each other is simply time together.

Join us for part two of a heartfelt discussion on the mother-daughter relationship, a bond that can nurture, shape, and sometimes deeply challenge us. Together, we will explore attachment, role modelling, expectations, and respect, while reflecting on how this relationship impacts our emotional wellbeing.

We will also gently acknowledge the experience of loss, creating space for finding grace and healing after the loss of a mother. Drawing on years of counselling and clinical experience, this session will offer insight, understanding, and compassionate guidance on how to heal, strengthen, and nurture this connection, both in presence and in memory.

Only £11 per person for the session including dinner
