This distinctive event showcases the fascinating art of bluefin tuna preparation. Begin your evening with a signature cocktail at our stylish bar, setting the stage for a memorable experience. You will then be shown to our open kitchen, where our master sushi chefs will introduce you to the tuna’s background, focusing on its sustainable sourcing before they skilfully dissect the fish, explaining the different cuts and revealing secrets of sushi craft.
Following the cutting demonstration, you’ll be seated at your table to indulge in an array of tuna delicacies, including Sashimi, Nigiri, and Hosomaki. The menu features:
- Sashimi: Akami, Chu-toro, O-toro
- Nigiri: Akami, Chu-toro, O-toro, topped with luxurious Oscietra Caviar
- A delightful Hosomaki to conclude the meal
