BollyBike is a fun, indoor cycling class that incorporates both mental and physical wellbeing in the guise of cycling to the beat of South Asian music. This is the latest offering from Muted Healing, a company dedicated to creating safe spaces for people to unmute their hidden voices. The founder, Afsar is known to have an eclectic playlist of South Asian songs from throwback bangers to the latest party anthems including, Bhangra, regional, and of course everyone's beloved Bollywood. There's surely something for everyone!

The first step is to buy tickets to reserve your bikes- after this is complete, you will be taken to a Health and Safety form which is mandatory to complete (you only need to complete this once a year, and it takes a maximum of 2 minutes- we've tested it!)

Shaadi Shred is a 6 week package that celebrates the vibrancy of the South Asian wedding. We're bringing BollyBike to you on a weekly basis to help us build stamina to dance the night away for the upcoming wedding season! Each week, the playlist will be dedicated to a different wedding event (covering a range of regions, languages, and customs across South Asia), starting with the joys of falling in love, Sangeets, travelling through Jagos, Mehndis, all the way to Walimas and Receptions! With different packages to choose from, we want to reward consistency towards your fitness goals!
