Open Company Class: Modern Dance

Open Modern Company Class with Mutual Dance Theatre for Advanced & Professional Dancers. Taught by Artistic Director Jeanne Mam-Luft with occasional subs. This class integrates a variety of Modern dance styles and techniques, both traditional/classical and release/progressive. All Company Classes are considered maintenance classes and will thus move quickly and attempt to touch on as many areas of physicality as possible in the time given. In Modern, this means extensions, turns, balances, jumps, range of motion, and more.
