Open Company Class: Contemporary Dance Warm-UP

Open Contemporary and Jazz fusion Quick Fix Company Class with Mutual Dance Theatre for Advanced & Professional Dancers. Taught by Company Rehearsal Director Hannah Williamson. This class will take inspiration from release technique, Horton technique, and jazz. This class will challenge and inspire you in just 45 minutes! All Company Classes are considered maintenance classes and will thus move quickly and attempt to touch on as many areas of physicality as possible in the time given.
