My Bump and Me welcome you and/or your birth partner (whoever that may be). Numbers are limited to 4 couples. By allowing only a small number, it encourages you to take full advantage of forming a strong network and hopefully build friendships that last years. It’s a modern, extensive antenatal birth preparation course, covering all the essentials and so much more. This course is provided in my lovely home in the heart of Horsforth and will support, educate, encourage and empower you and your birth partner in becoming a calm, relaxed and confident parent, ready and prepared for ANY type of birth.

• Recommended for ladies who are 20-37 weeks pregnant.
• 8 hour course over 2 x 4 hour sessions.
• Refreshments included.
