My Baby & Me Massage - June 2026

Baby Massage offers established and proven benefits for both parents and babies. 

My Baby & Me Massage provides a platform for enhancing the bond between you and your baby by fostering feelings of love, security and comfort. 

My classes blend soothing massage techniques with mindfulness exercises, helping parents feel more confident and deeply connected.

Through this practise, you can deepen your understanding of your baby’s subtle cues and non-verbal communication, enhancing your skills in observation and responsiveness. It serves as an opportunity to cherish quality moments together while connecting with fellow new parents, exchanging insights and finding a supportive community to navigate motherhood.
