We offer Hypnobirthing, midwife-led antenatal education, midwife-led infant feeding, Daisy First Aid (0-12months) plus a postpartum coffee morning once all the babies have arrived.

This one-stop in person 10-hour modern, extensive antenatal/hypnobirthing birth preparation course covers all the essentials and so much more. 

Held in the lovely Truly Scrummy Café in the heart of Horsforth, it's designed to support, educate, encourage and empower both you and your birth partner.

You’ll leave feeling calm, relaxed and confident, ready for the real thing, and fully prepared for any type of birth.
