Spring - April Pop•up

Join us for an enchanted evening at EagleTree Farm & Winery, a couple-owned restaurant and property in Leesburg, VA where the two have cultivated their own wine & local menu.

We're bringing Mycelia into Chef Jeff & Lori's space for one night in April with a four-course menu. Each dish will be paired with one of EagleTree's wines. Highlighting the brightness and beauty of spring while using local and seasonal ingredients that do just that! You'll be sure to see ramps, stinging nettles, beets & mushrooms on the menu.

We hope to leave you with an experience you won't forget. Surrounded by community,  food, and an outdoorsy-setting.
