There is no doubt that budgets are getting ever tighter - if it is not inflation pushing up costs, it's the price of staples - the end result is that food costs are up by about 25% in just two years.

So, anything we can do to ensure full value for the food we buy, is going to have an impact on our pockets - in a good way!!
