FOOD:
We will be welcoming members and their guests from 9 am on-site, where Sussex Coffee Trucks we will be serving locally roasted organic coffee and pastries. Ancient + Brave are teaming up with Sussex Coffee Trucks to give you the opportunity to elevate your coffee into a nourishing brew with collagen or MCT oil. Ancient + Brave are a mission driven wellness brand who specialise in pure, potent and sustainable supplements and functional foods. They expertly blend organic botanicals, innovative nutraceuticals and modern nootropics prioritising efficacy, purity and working with ethical suppliers.
Two of Sussex's finest regenerative food business, Jacobs Ladder and Field Food will partner up to host a lunchtime burger and salad bar (paid for on the day), as well as a community feast (included in the ticket price). We will sit together at long communal tables, enjoying the same nourishing and comforting food made with love. Fresh meat will be sourced from just a few miles away, and all the vegetables, salads, and herbs will come directly from My Little Farm.

WILD SPA:
Our wild spa, hosted by Brighton Beach Box Sauna, will also be ready to accommodate your needs and will run sessions on the hour every hour from 9 am to 6 pm. Bookings in advance only, book via this link.
HOLISTIC CLASSES:
We will also host a number of 'drop in' holistic classes during the first part of the day: (all classes will be hosted outside)
9.30 am - YOGA: Begin your day with gentle Yoga movement hosted by Emily. With presence, tuning into authenticity & truth. Moving through free flow with openness & exploration
10.30 am - BREATHWORK: Unlock the benefits of breathwork, of by eliciting the body's relaxation response, through deep abdominal breathing hosted by our member Dr. Ed
11.30 am - MEDITATION: Enjoy the simple yet ancient practice of sitting still and reconnecting with the earth through the power of meditation. Emily's intuitive style and guidance will lead you through the session. This class will provide an opportunity to reflect & tune in, to take a pause and to ground - like a mini retreat for the mind-body.
MASSAGE:
There will be an opportunity to enjoy a 30 minute massage at the price of £20 (pay on the day), Emily’s massage treatments are holistic, intuitive, rejuvenating and relaxing using a fusion of bodywork techniques from both East and West.
FARM TALKS:
Dougie, guardian of livestock; Adrian, steward of vegetable growth; Julia, custodian of flowers and forest life – each of these devoted experts will unveil the tapestry of regenerative principles and practices used at My Little Farm. They will invite questions and foster a deeper understanding of ancestral farming skills fused with progressive wisdom.
MUSIC:
We will feature acoustic music from 2 pm to 7 pm on the aptly named Hay Bale Stage, with confirmed acts such as spoken word jazz artist Mrisi, folk singer-songwriter and fellow member Bella Spinks, folk artist and member Docta Paul, Sun Daughter promise to provide music to heal to.
CHILDREN:
We are excited to include a dedicated area at the festival for children to enjoy. There will be arts and crafts, interactive play, baking, and an educational element that allows children to understand the land and important aspects of regenerative farming.
