Indulge your creative side with MYO's newest workshop: Make Your Own Mug!

Building on our beginners' handmade pottery classes, this relaxed and engaging experience allows you to craft your own custom mug from start to finish. Across two sessions, our friendly creative hosts will help you plan, design, and build an earthenware mug from scratch. During the session, you'll be guided through the techniques you need to create and shape your personal mug.

This hands-on workshop consists of two sessions to enjoy with your friends, family, colleagues, or a date night activity. You’ll enjoy a fun-filled evening, get your hands messy with new pottery techniques, and feel the mindful effects of taking time out to get creative.

At the end of the class, your teacher will take your pieces to be dried and kiln-fired in the studio, which can take up to 14 working days. Once kiln fired, your mug is ready to be painted in one of our popular pottery painting classes, after which we hand glaze and kiln fire it again for you. You can book into the pottery painting class up to 8 weeks from Class 1 with a code we will provide you with after your first Class.

To be clear, this is a 2 parter / 2 classes and includes lots of creative time :)
Class 1 - make your mug with clay, after which we kiln fire it for you.
Class 2 - come and paint it in one of our popular pottery painting classes, after which it is glazed and kiln fired for you.
