Mystical Insight Events Reigate

The event will run from 12.00 pm to 4pm. (Stallholders can arrive from 11.00 am to set up).

Parking is available on site.

Table spaces are non refundable/transferable

Note: this is an indoor event. It is your responsibility to provide your own table/stall and that it fits
within the area you have booked. The space allows for 2 people to work the stand maximum. If you require extra staff then an event ticket must be purchased.

You are required to have your own public liability insurance and will need to provide a copy via email 28 days prior to the event.

You must do your own risk assessment to ensure there are not trip/hazards within and around your stall
that could compromise public safety and liability of both yourself and us as organiser. Failure to comply
could result in your stall being taken down.

The event will go ahead unless something occurs beyond our control or there is a danger presented to
the public. If we cancel, then we will refund the costs of your pitch.
