 What happens at the Event

As an immersive event, we focus on creating a world outside of this one. Expect to be transported through interactive activities, enchanting decor and a community of like-minded fantasy enthusiasts from around the world.  You can expect:

- Dance in a different realm: Experience guided dances inspired by centuries long ago, accompanied by a live quartet, dance caller and historical dance attendants.

- Surreal Side Quests: Every guest has a chance to go on their own journey! Explore the venue’s activities at your own pace.

- Tasty Canapés and bubbles: As you enter the venue, you will be greeted by a glass of prosecco before gracing the ballroom where delicious canapés await you.

- Wonderful workshops: As an adventurer, its time improve your sword-fighting skills and become a warrior for the realm.

- Immersive performances: Step outside the ballroom and explore the world of the Arcane World with live performances by talented entertainers.

- A DJ Playing Your Favourite Tunes: Once the guided dances end, the DJ takes stage. From fairy folk to revenge pop, we bring you the must swish-able songs for a ballgown.

Refunds, Resale and Exchanges

100% Refund Period - First 14 Day from Ticket Purchase

Customers can request a full 100% within the first 14 days of ticket purchase. Simply email mysticfateuk@gmail.com with your order number and let us know you would like a refund.

No Refund Period – Ticket Transfer and Resale Allowed

After 14 days from the initial ticket purchase date, guests can no longer request a refund. Instead, you are able to resell your ticket on Tixel, an ethical and trustworthy third-party ticketing resale site. Tickets can be resold up until the 25th August (Additional fees may apply as it is a Third-Party Platform). You may alternatively privately transfer the ticket to a friend. In that case, please notify us of the transfer so we change the name and email on the whole order.

No Transfer Period (And no Refunds under any Circumstances)

From 26th August, we no longer allow ticket transfers of any kind. We unfortunately cannot make any exceptions to this rule, as we will have paid the venue and suppliers for your attendance by then. We aren't able to refund either or transfer your tickets to future events.
