Description
This story from Roald Dahl is about REAL WITCHES. Real witches don’t ride on broomsticks. They don’t even wear black cloaks and pointy hats. They are vile, cunning, detestable creatures who disguise themselves as nice, ordinary ladies. So how do you know when you are looking at one? You better find out quickly because there is nothing they hate as much as children and witches will do anything to get rid of them including turn them into mice! This play will tell you all you need to know. You’ll meet a true hero, a wonderful old grandmother and the most monstrous band of witches imaginable! A perfect, all-ages show for spooky season!
NEW! Audience costumes are encouraged for our opening show (Nov 1 only). Kids and adults come dressed as your favorite witch!
The play will last about 90 minutes from opening curtain through after-show talkback (including a 10 minute intermission).
NOTE: Saturday, 3:00pm is our understudy show. All other times will feature the main cast.
Concessions will be on sale during each show, all snacks are $1 each.
Note: Venue is not wheelchair accessible. The performance space is upstairs.
