Complete beginner or just want to improve on your moves? This workshop is for you! Come down to Naas Library and learn how to play the game of CHESS!

Participants will be give an over view on the game of chess. They will learn starting position, movement rules and capture rules for The Pawn, The Knight, The Bishop, and the Rook. They will play five mini games (Pawn Battle, Radioactive Horse Poo, Bishop’s Rule, Rook Rumble and Chess without Royalty) to practice these pieces. 

To finish the workshop, there will be a raffle for a chess set.
