Arrival FAQ

The nearest airport is Faro (FAO), which is about 65 minutes drive away. Another option, although further away, is to travel via Lisbon (LIS), a 2.5 hour drive away.

If you don't rent a car, you can also book a shuttle bus at the airport. From Lisbon and Faro there are good train and bus connections to Portimão. From here it is a 25 minute drive to the Bhavan by cab, bus or shuttle.

Can I participate alone as a single person?

Yes, you are very welcome.

Can couples keep to themselves during all the exercises?

Yes, as you wish.

Do I have to participate in all activities if something makes me uncomfortable?

No, of course not. Boundaries are accepted. However, I invite you to connect more deeply with that discomfort.

What do I need to bring with me?
