What to expect

We are walking in a deep forest with a complicated and ever-changing terrain, holding an old map in our hand. No wonder we are at times frustrated, even disillusioned. The inherited stories, cultural beliefs, and unconscious patterns that once made sense don't work anymore. Whether we are dealing with personal change or leading organizational change, we are called to let go of mechanical and rational understandings and step into a profound awareness of how change happens in living systems.

This 4-hour immersive online experience is not a to-do list or a blueprint for success.
It’s a lot that must be felt, invited, and remembered.
This is not a workshop to fix or figure things out.
It’s a portal to meet the deeper intelligence moving through our lives and the systems we’re part of.

We will work with the tools of Systemic Constellations, ritual, and embodied inquiry to:

• Identify and release inherited narratives that no longer serve

• Reconnect with the living Field and a deep knowing beyond thought

• Witness how transformation truly unfolds in human systems

• Invite the mystery, magic, and movement that wants to emerge through us

Practicalities & Other Important Information

- Duration: 4 hours
- Format: Online (Zoom)
- You’ll need: A laptop or desktop computer with a camera, quiet space, water.
- Full presence: You need to be present with your camera switched on for the whole duration.

Each session centers on a specific theme and weaves together embodied practices with one or more mini-Systemic Constellations that engage all participants. Additionally, a larger systemic process focuses on an issue presented by a participant.

Every participant is invited to engage in this dynamic experience with the living field.
Whether you're observing, representing an element in someone else's constellation, or presenting your own issue, the experience offers profound insights and transformation. Often, observers find the process even more impactful than the issue-holder, as it touches upon subconscious themes they were previously unaware of and might not have accessed otherwise.

Every session is unique—a living encounter that unfolds organically, guiding us to the insights we need at this point in our lives. Therefore, attending multiple sessions with the same theme can be highly beneficial and meaningful, as each experience brings new perspectives and shifts.

Facilitator

As The Human Advantage Guide©, Natalia helps people recognize what holds them back—the invisible currents that shape their lives, and the inherited patterns and stories from family, culture, and experience. She supports their journey when they choose to awaken from these unconscious patterns and step into their Human Advantage©, honoring the sacred gifts no machine can replicate: creativity, intuition, agency, and wisdom.

Natalia lives in Zurich, Switzerland, and holds Executive MBA and M.Eng. degrees in Automatics. She is a former Corporate Executive and Management Consultant. Today, she is a certified professional in Leadership and Culture, Learning and Development, Management Consulting, Family and Systemic Constellations, and Systemic Coaching. Throughout her life, Natalia has lived and worked in five countries, which includes over 20 years of experience as an international C-level executive and more than a decade as an Educator, Management Consultant, facilitator, Life Coach, and Family and Systemic Constellations practitioner.
