This event has 3 distinct and segments designed to inspire and nurture your mind, body, & spirit.

Part 1: Live Interview with Special Guest Speakers

We'll share a heart-centered live interview with a panel of inspiring guest speakers. Ruthie Lerato guides the conversation as we sit back and enjoy.

Part 2: Cacao Ceremony

We will sip cacao in circle around the fire, sharing a soothing meditation & peaceful music.

Natalie Lain will guide us through this segment. The intention behind this portion of the is to help us open our hearts, inviting and allowing our inner love to rise to the surface.

Part 3: Ecstatic Dance & Drum Circle

Heather Solomon RYT 500 will lead gentle yogic movement before and after the dance, ending in a meditative savasana.

We'll tap into the beautiful, transformative power of music and freeform movement during an ecstatic dance around the fire. Natalie Lain will DJ live for our ecstatic dance experience.

If you're new to this...know that you can warm yourself up to it at your own pace in this safe and welcoming space.

After the dance, join in a captivating drum circle around the fire. BYOD- bring your own drum or drums to share.

Intention: You are welcome to set any personal intentions for yourself that you’d like to explore throughout the evening. Ecstatic Dance is a powerful way to release what no longer serves you and to invite the new and creative insights in.

What to bring:

  • Blankets or Chairs for sitting
  • A favorite mug for Cacao (Please bring this, it is a MUST!)
  • WATER (We recommend a reusable bottle so you can fill up at our water stations.)
  • Drums, Shakers, and any other instruments you’d like for the Drum Circle. (Optional)
  • A journal for any inspiring thoughts! (Optional)
  • Flow toys are welcome!

This event is family friendly, however we kindly ask that it remain pet free.

Itinerary:

    • 5:30-6PM Settling in
    • 6-7PM Live Q&A Interview with Speakers led by Ruthie Lerato
    • 7-8PM Cacao Ceremony w/ Guided Heart-Opening & Live Music. Led by Natalie Lain.
    • 8-10:30PM Ecstatic Dance & Drum Circle (Warm-Up led by Heather Solomon)

Substance Policy:
To respect the mission of Amethyst and to protect the sanctity of our container, we ask that you do not bring any drugs or alcohol to this event.

Payment: (Suggested Donation of $15, plus $5 for optional cacao) 

Please consider donating $15 or more per attendee to support the efforts made to create this atmosphere for everyone to enjoy. 
The Cacao Ceremony will be optional, and we are asking for $5 for each person who joins to cover the cost of the Cacao.

Note: If you plan not to partake in the Cacao ceremony, that’s okay! You can sit in the circle even if you do not prefer to drink any.

  • be present on the dance floor: no talking on the dance-floor
  • no phones on the dance floor (disconnect to truly connect)
  • no intoxicants
  • consent is KEY: consent is a clear yes and the word NO is to be respected fully


About the Host: Natalie Lain is a mindful events organizer and DJ based out of the Harrisburg area. She is also a certified yoga teacher RYT 200. About 6 years ago, Natalie began to host ecstatic dances, women’s circles, and cacao ceremonies. She is passionate about mindfulness and community and is inspired by the idea that in spaces like this, we are all each other’s teachers. Natalie frequently hosts Ecstatic Dance journeys, yoga classes, guided meditations, and Cacao Ceremonies. She believes that we are all each other's teachers and that in these gatherings we can all teach each other and learn more about ourselves along the way.
