Neuro-affirming Community of Practice Scotland East Event

As the Neuro-affirming Community of Practice grows, existing and new members are invited to this annual event in the east of Scotland. This is an opportunity to hear about changes being made and to get involved in taking next steps locally and nationally.

This half day (in-person) event is for public sector practitioners working in Scotland in Health, Education, Social Care, Employment and Justice across the lifespan.

The day will include

• Networking opportunities
• NAIT update on the priorities for and work of the Community of Practice
• Keynote speaker Robin Ince; comedian, actor, presenter and author of 'Normally Weird and Weirdly Normal: My Adventures in Neurodiversity'
• Lightning Talks from practitioners across sectors
• Focussed discussion on areas for development
• Opportunities to get involved in the work of the community
• And a wee breakfast roll!
