DC Aggies Tubing Trip - 2026

The DC Aggies are ready to gear up again for the annual float trip down the Shenandoah River! We're heading to Front Royal Outdoors and we've arranged for bus transportation from Pentagon City.

$65.00 pays for a standard tube, $70.00 pays for a Deluxe Tube. Both come with a life vest, and bus transportation to Front Royal and back to Pentagon City. This option is highly recommended.

If you do not want to take the bus, select the No-Bus option and you will only be charged $32 for a standard or $37 for a deluxe, which covers the tube & life vest. 

 You'll need to rent a Cooler Carrier if you intend to bring a cooler. Please contact Front Royal Outdoors to reserve a cooler tube prior to the event or on the day of.

Pre-registration and payment online is required. The deadline to register is midnight on Wednesday, June 10th.

The bus will be leaving at 9:00am in Arlington (Pentagon City), please arrive 15 minutes early.

Parking Lot: 880 Army Navy Drive, Arlington, VA

(Note: This is the large parking lot across the street from Macy's. Parking is free on Saturday.) Please get there early, so we have time to organize and get on the bus. The bus will depart no later than 9:00am

VERY IMPORTANT:

• You can bring your own lunch to eat on the river. Food will not be provided.
• Coolers are allowed on the river, but not Styrofoam or glass containers, and no flip-flops (shoes must have at least a strap). Alcohol is allowed on the trip. However, consumption must be done while floating the river. DO NOT drink at Front Royal Outdoors or at the launch site. There are Deputies watching. • You will be able to leave your belongings on the bus while we’re on the river. The bus driver will ensure that your stuff is secure. Coolers will not be provided by Front Royal Outdoors. You will need to bring your own cooler to hold your food and drinks. Styrofoam coolers are not allowed. A medium size cooler is recommended.

Refunds will only be allowed seven days before the event or if the trip is postponed. An alternate date will be identified if the June 13th date is postponed.
