Webinar: NPPF Revisions Policy Update

At the end of December we heard some great policy news in the newly revised NPPF. In this session our CEO, Tom Chance, will talk us through the revised NPPF and what this means for community led development.

You can expect to hear about:

• The story of how we got here and how CLT Network member lobbying has contributed to these wins
• What do the NPPF revisions mean for community led development
• Actions some CLTs have already taken as a result of this policy change
• Our plans as we gear up for the next General Election

As well as having the opportunity to discuss with other groups what these changes might mean for you and what actions you will be taking

This session will likely not touch on the future of the Community Housing Fund. However, please be assured that we are still working on this in the background. Wins like we have had with the NPPF updates show that your on the ground lobbying really works - to write to your MP about the Community Housing Fund, you can adapt these templates here.

Who's the webinar for? This session is open to all community led development groups as well as other interested parties. These wins are currently relevant to English community led developments. However, as we are working to review how we can replicate these wins in the Welsh Senedd, Welsh groups may benefit from joining this session.
