Join us this Saturday 28th November 2026 to celebrate the end of a successful year and to look ahead to the Network's next steps. Our AGM will include official business, our eighth annual CLT Awards and opportunities to shape the future of the CLT Network.
This session will once again be taking place over Zoom. This decision is based on feedback and a desire to increase accessibility for more CLTs across England and Wales, supporting us to be a more inclusive and democratic movement.
Key documents will be sent out to all registrants and CLT Network members ahead of the AGM.
10.00am | Welcome, review of the year and AGM
An overview of the Community Land Trust Network’s progress in 25/26 and member voting on a range of matters.
We will issue an email at least 16 days before the AGM with a formal notice, including a full agenda, explanatory notes on voting methods (including proxy votes), using Zoom and the resolutions to be voted on, the Trustees' Annual Report and Statement of Financial Activities for the year ending 31st March 2026, minutes of the 2025 CLT Network AGM.
10.30am | CLT Awards
Our chance to celebrate the many CLT successes of the previous year and award a special handful of prestigious wooden geese! Each year we celebrate the fantastic achievements of CLTs across England and Wales, with a special few being awarded a prestigious goose!
Geese…? Our awards have been inspired by the well-known ‘V’ formation that geese fly in. The goose at the front takes the lead, while others follow in their slipstream to save energy. When the leading goose gets tired it drops back and another takes its place. In this way, every goose is a leader at some point in their long, arduous migrations. CLTs do the same!
Nominations now open - nominate a CLT or leader today here - deadline 2nd November
11.05am | Workshop: Working in perpetuity - what we can do today to secure the resilient places of tomorrow
In this online workshop we will hear from 3 leaders about different visions for neighbourhood resilience - and what we can do as a network of CLTs today to guarantee a secure tomorrow. We will explore issues like - preserving nature vs building new homes, area wide CLTs vs hyper-local, project specific CLTs, and engaging young people as the next generation to inherit our communities.
12.30pm | Close
At around 11:20 we will have a short comfort break.
