We're bringing you a two-day extravaganza of celebration, dialogue & debate, networking, career opportunities and prestigious awards, taking place across the weekend of Friday 13 - Saturday 14 February!

Ticket options:

1. Weekend wristband (18+) | £10 per ticket, limited early bird £7.50 tickets

• UpSkill Careers Afternoon  AT LSE (13 Feb): a careers-focused afternoon on Friday 13 Feb with specialist workshops, panels, professional headshots, networking and skills sessions. Hosted at LSE.
• Friday Night Welcome Party & NSP Awards (13 Feb) hosted by Mason Blake at G-A-Y Heaven with £3.50 drinks all night, free vodka & Red Bull at the National Student Pride Awards, with live performances by Benji James, Leeds Uni Drag Soc, Imperial Uni MT Soc, Rory Roar and UCL Drag Soc.
• Saturday Daytime Festival (14 Feb): Main stage with celeb interviews, panels, performance, Music Stage, UK's largest diversity Careers Fair, Therapy puppies and so much more! 
• Queer Club Night, Fri & Sat night: at G-A-Y Heaven with £3.50 drinks deals, free entry & queue jump, plus a free vodka & Red Bull. Also included is free entry to our weekly club night Popcorn @ Heaven on Monday 16th Feb. Performances by Ciara Mist, Tomara Thomas, Vanity Milan and Sophia Stardust.

2. Daytime Festival only wristband (16+) | FREE

The main event! Come check out our Daytime Festival at the University of Westminster on Sat 14 Feb showcasing:

• 2 stages including:
  • Live panel discussions and interviews - previous speakers include Joe Lycett, Lady Phyll, Russell T Davies, Munroe Bergdorf, Natasha Devon, Sir Ian McKellen, Beth McCarthy, Paris Lees, CATTY & many more.
  • Performances from your favourite RuPaul's Drag Race queens on the Main Stage.
  • Music Stage featuring up and coming, young LGBTQ+ artists.
• Careers Fair with exhibitors from a broad range of industries
• Charity & Community Marketplace with 40+ vendors and organisations, placing queer identity and existence at its core.
• Returning by popular demand, our Therapy Puppy Room.

3. UpSkill Careers Afternoon, Friday 13 February from 12:30pm. Hosted at LSE, 1 Sheffield Street, WC2A 2AP

• The UpSkill careers afternoon returns after a successful 1st edition in 2025
• This is a dedicated careers event with a host of opportunities to further your early career, develop relevant skills and network with a host of representatives from a broad range of organisations.

2026 Agenda

• 12:30pm - Registration
• 1pm - Panel discussion: 'Queer Careers: Navigating Workplaces as an LGBTQ+ Graduate'. 45 min discussion followed by 15 min Q&A, moderated by Sam Kingsley (NSP Trustee, D&I Consultant) with panellists Sam Winton (Clifford Chance), Phil Sartain (Aon), Ben Rowlatt (Deloitte) and Isaiah Fapuro (LSE)
  
• 2pm - Assessment Masterclass introduction followed by 3 sessions on Confidence / Presenting / Interview skills - 2025 masterclasses run by Clifford Chance, Deloitte, Aon, Unite Students & L'Oreal.
• 2:30pm - Masterclass session - Presenting with Confidence with Aon (25 mins)
• 3pm - Masterclass session - Interview skills with Clifford Chance  (25 mins)
• 3:30pm - Masterclass session - Leadership with Deloitte  (25 mins)
• 4pm - Networking drinks & free professional headshots
• 5pm - Close
