A new play about sisterhood and the tension between upholding tradition and breaking away. Priscilla and AJ have recently lost their mother and have returned to the family home in south London to clear all her belongings. As they tidy, memories are unlocked and they find out secrets have been woven into the fabric of their identity.

StoryFirst features the best new writing from National Youth Theatre members, selected by associate artists, staff and members following an open call that saw over 170 scripts submitted from around the UK.

StoryFirst is part of NYT’s new writing festival StoryFest, which is supported by STUDIOCANAL, Urban Myth Films and the Cockayne Foundation.
