NPAT Chapter Summit 2026 Overnight Accommodations

2026 Chapter Summit is taking place at The Retreat at Hempstead (39622 Chambers Rd, Hempstead, TX 77445), but we have reserved cabins at Finca Agave Retreat for attendees who would like to stay nearby - availability is limited and offered on a first come basis. To help keep costs affordable and make the best use of available space, we encourage attendees to share a cabin if they are able. Spouses and partners are also welcome to join.

Please note that lodging reservations are separate from Chapter Summit registration. The $25 fee is per person and covers all meals throughout the weekend.

• Some rooms or cabins may include shared kitchens, bathrooms, or common areas.

• Attendees should plan to arrange their own transportation to and from the venue.
