Feedback: a driver for a culture of continual improvement (Mark Sharp and Jessica Sherratt from Modern Works)

Feedback helps give a structure to difficult conversations so that your team can continually improve when done regularly and with purpose.
It is more than words; feedback with structure offers clarity and objectivity helping everyone in the team with their development.
But receiving it can be as challenging as giving it, so we will explore techniques for gaining clarity and reflecting effectively, turning it into a gift that helps you improve.
The workshop will cover a method of giving feedback, receiving feedback, and a reflective technique that can be used as an action plan.
